1. Digital Course Purchases
All our courses, digital materials, and online training programs are non-returnable once purchased, as they provide immediate access to downloadable or viewable content.
However, we understand that situations may arise, so we offer a limited refund policy under certain conditions (see below).
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
You have not completed more than 10% of the course content, and
You submit a refund request within 3 days of purchase, and
You provide a valid reason (such as duplicate payment, technical access issues, or wrong course enrollment).
If your request meets these conditions, we will process a partial or full refund after verification.
No refund will be provided if:
Course access has been used for learning or downloading materials.
The refund request is made after 3 days of purchase.
The purchase was part of a discounted or promotional offer.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Our support team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that transaction or gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your enrollment before accessing the course, you can request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
After that, cancellations are not permitted as course access and materials become instantly available.
5. Product Returns
Since our services include digital courses and downloadable content, there are no physical returns.
All sales of digital products are considered final once access has been granted.
